Republic Bank-JoyNews Habitat Fair showcases housing opportunities in Accra

The JoyNews-Republic Bank Habitat Fair 2026 is currently taking place at the Achimota Retail Centre in Accra, Ghana. The three-day mini-fair, running from August 21 to August 23, aims to connect prospective homeowners and property investors with various businesses and professionals across the housing and construction sectors.

Under the theme “Dream it. Explore it. Own it,” the event provides a platform for visitors to explore building materials, home financing, furnishing, and construction solutions. Attendees have the opportunity to engage directly with industry experts to receive guidance on the complexities of building or purchasing a home.

Despite intermittent drizzle in Accra, the fair has seen steady patronage. The event is organized in partnership with Republic Bank and includes various industry partners providing services ranging from sustainable mobility to security and building materials.
