Republic Bank–JoyNews Habitat Fair to debut in Ho

The maiden Volta edition of the Republic Bank–JoyNews Habitat Fair is scheduled to take place from October 16 to 18, 2026, at the Ho Sports Stadium in Ghana. The three-day event aims to connect prospective homeowners, property developers, financial institutions, and construction companies within the housing and real estate sectors.

Participants will have access to information regarding housing projects, property development, financing options, and building materials. By hosting the fair in Ho, organizers intend to provide residents of the Volta Region with direct access to housing and financial service providers, reducing the need to travel to Accra or other major cities for similar exhibitions. The event will run daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., offering a platform for discussions on housing development and investment opportunities.
