Republic Geodetic Authority launches ‘Direct to Director’ communication channel

The Republic Geodetic Authority (RGZ) has launched a new communication channel titled ‘Direct to Director’ to allow citizens to report unprofessional, irresponsible, or impolite behavior within real estate cadastre services.

Acting Director Dalibor Babić stated that the initiative aims to address issues such as the withholding of necessary information and other communication failures. Babić emphasized that citizens have a right to clear information and professional treatment, noting that he and his cabinet team will personally read every communication. The agency intends to investigate reports and provide specific feedback on actions taken.

The channel is intended for reporting misconduct or lack of assistance and is not a substitute for official administrative procedures, appeals, or legal remedies. For reports involving suspected corruption or illegal activities, the agency maintains a separate dedicated email address.
