Republic Services earns Great Place to Work certification for 10th year

Republic Services, Inc. has earned the Great Place to Work certification for the tenth consecutive year. The environmental services company, which employs 42,000 full-time staff, received the recognition based on direct employee feedback regarding workplace culture and experience.

According to the certification data, 85% of Republic Services employees consider the company a great place to work, compared to 57% at a typical U.S. company. The organization achieved an overall survey score of 81%, with employees highlighting feelings of being welcomed, fair treatment regardless of position, and pride in their work as key strengths.
