Republic UK calls for King Charles and Prince William to testify in Epstein case

Graham Smith, founder and director of the anti-monarchy organization Republic UK, has called for King Charles III and Prince William to be summoned as witnesses in the ongoing investigation involving Prince Andrew and the Epstein case.

The demand follows a High Court decision that declared the search warrants used in the proceedings against the Duke of York to be illegitimate. Smith argued that despite these legal technicalities, Scotland Yard must continue its investigations without interruption. He expressed concerns that the invalidation of the warrants could fuel perceptions that members of the Royal Family do not face the same legal scrutiny as ordinary citizens.
