Republicans face risks to Congressional majority in 2026 midterms

The Republican Party faces challenges in maintaining its narrow majority in the U.S. Congress ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. In agricultural states, rising dissatisfaction is growing due to high input costs for oil and fertilizer, trade decisions, and the impact of foreign beef imports.
