AI Business Support Specialist training shows high efficiency gains

AISEE CONNECT has released survey results regarding its ‘AI Business Support Specialist’ training program, a certification recognized by the IT Maintenance Association. The survey, conducted among program graduates, indicates that 83.8% of participants experienced a reduction in work hours after completing the training.

Data shows that the program is increasingly being used for reskilling among professionals in their 40s and 50s, who account for 65.2% of applicants. Many participants reported using AI for tasks such as idea generation, information research, and creating documents or planning materials. Additionally, nearly half of the respondents already held other AI-related certifications, such as the Generative AI Passport or G Certificate, using this training to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical business application.
