RESF hosts satirical play in Montceau-les-Mines to support migrants
The Réseau Éducation Sans Frontières (RESF), a citizen network dedicated to supporting foreigners, hosted a performance of the play ‘Migrants’ at the Ateliers du Jour in Montceau-les-Mines. The production, performed by the company A l’Envers de Soi, was held to raise funds for the association’s activities.
Written by Matéi Visniec based on journalistic investigations, the play uses satire to examine the complexities of migration. It explores political contradictions, economic interests, and human fears, featuring characters such as European leaders, communication advisors, and those involved in human trafficking. During the event, Solange Capber, deputy mayor, reaffirmed the city's support for RESF's initiatives.
