Residential and commercial leasing opportunities announced in Pszczyna and Wrocław

Local administrative and cooperative announcements in Poland have detailed new opportunities for residential and commercial leasing.

In Pszczyna, a supplementary recruitment process for residential units at the Luizy estate on Cieszyńska Street is scheduled for September 14 to 18. Six specific apartments of varying sizes, ranging from 31.61 m² to 64.15 m², are available. Eligible applicants must meet specific income criteria and must not hold legal title to another residence. Successful tenants will be required to pay a construction cost participation fee between 71,513.22 PLN and 93,790.99 PLN, along with a security deposit. Leases are intended for an indefinite period starting October 1, 2026.

In Wrocław, the Cichy Kącik Housing Cooperative has announced an open oral tender for the rental of various commercial premises on September 18, 2026. The tender covers eight different locations across several streets, including Chojnowska, Ścinawska, and Poznańska. The auction will determine the net rent per square meter. Interested parties must submit a bid and a deposit by September 16. The tender allows for most business types, though certain activities such as gambling, sex shops, and noisy service-production businesses are prohibited.
