Residential development initiatives expand in Frankfurt and Hessen
Frankfurter Entsorgungs- und Service GmbH (FES) has completed a residential construction project in Frankfurt-Höchst, providing 48 company apartments for its employees. The development includes various unit sizes, ranging from one-room apartments to five-room family dwellings, aimed at addressing the regional housing shortage and supporting staff retention.
This project is part of a broader trend in the Hessen region where service and healthcare providers are developing corporate housing to attract skilled workers. For example, Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Kliniken recently celebrated the topping-out ceremony for 168 company apartments in Wiesbaden, and the company Vitos is currently constructing a 38-unit residential facility in Gießen, expected to be completed by the end of the year.
