Residential development proposals filed in Seattle and Palo Alto

New residential development proposals have been filed in Seattle and Palo Alto.

In Seattle, Phoenix Property has submitted a pre-application for a $25 million project. The plan involves constructing a six-story, 150-unit apartment complex known as Ravenna Apartments.

In Palo Alto, a preliminary application for SB 79 proposes a seven-story apartment complex at 2181 Park Boulevard. The project would consist of 98 units and would require the clearing of three aging office buildings at the site.
