Poland real estate market shifts toward ready-to-move properties
The Polish real estate market is undergoing a structural shift as more developers offer completed apartments rather than selling properties during the construction phase. Data indicates that approximately one in three new apartments is now sold after construction is finished, a significant increase from previous years when only one in seven units followed this model.
On the seven largest Polish markets, nearly 20,000 ready-to-move units were available at the end of September. Experts predict that by the second half of 2027, completed apartments could account for 35% to 40% of total developer offerings. This trend allows buyers to inspect the actual product rather than relying on visualizations or models.
In some instances, developers are using completed stock to offer attractive promotions. This change in market dynamics provides buyers with greater certainty regarding the physical state and location of their investments.
