Residential housing projects advance in Seville and Seseña
Residential development projects are advancing in Spain, with new construction and urban recovery initiatives underway in Andalusia and Castilla-La Mancha.
Pryconsa has commenced construction on Idara, a new residential development in the Entrenúcleos area of Dos Hermanas, Seville. The project features 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, including ground-floor units with gardens and penthouses. The development includes communal amenities such as a swimming pool, a fitness room, a gourmet room, and a children's area. The project emphasizes sustainability, utilizing a saline chlorination system for the pool to reduce chemical use.
In Seseña, the local government is overseeing the recovery of the Las Mareas Seseña residential complex. This initiative will finalize 48 single-family semi-detached houses that had remained unfinished for years. The project aims to eliminate issues related to vandalism and sanitation caused by the abandoned site, reintegrating the properties into the residential market to increase local housing supply.
