Residential land sales begin in Yoshikawa and retail updates in Funabashi

In Saitama Prefecture, a new residential development is underway near Yoshikawa Minami Station. Applications for the lottery sale of 28 individual residential plots will be accepted from September 28 to October 6. The plots, located within a 4 to 11-minute walk of the station, range in size from 124.57 to 431.74 square meters, with prices between approximately 28.2 million and 94.3 million yen.

In Chiba Prefecture, the Mr. Donut located on the second floor of the Ito-Yokado Funabashi store has been closed since September 1. The establishment is scheduled to undergo a renewal and reopen on September 17.
