Residential real estate developments launched in Kraków and Bydgoszcz

New residential real estate developments have been announced in Poland. In Kraków, the ‘3 Wymiary Bronowice’ project has been completed. Located in the Bronowice district near green spaces, the development consists of three buildings containing 99 apartments of various sizes. Potential buyers can view the completed investment and available units during a six-day event in early September.

In Bydgoszcz, CDI KB has launched the second stage of the ‘Osiedle Rabatki’ development. This phase will include 263 apartments ranging from 29 to 118 square meters across two buildings. The project is situated near the Old Bydgoszcz Canal and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2028. The development features amenities such as a garage hall, private gardens for ground-floor units, and fenced common areas.
