Gia Lai charity initiative provides new home for low-income family

In Gia Lai province, a low-income family has been provided with a new home through a community support initiative. Pham Thi Hien, a resident of Phu My Bac commune, had been living in a severely degraded house for over 20 years, which frequently leaked during heavy rains and posed safety risks.

To address this, the No. 7 Emulation Bloc collaborated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Phu My Bac commune to construct a ‘Great Unity House’ for the family. In addition to the construction funding, the family received a television, a fan, and cash donations from local authorities and benefactors to help them settle into their new, secure residence.
