Resistencia authorities advance land regularization for local neighborhoods

Authorities in Resistencia, Argentina, are advancing land regularization programs to provide legal security to local residents. In the La Rubita neighborhood, the provincial government is distributing certificates of regularization to families. The initiative aims to reach 2,800 families in the sector by the end of the year, following a process of social and economic surveys to eventually facilitate the delivery of property titles.

In the 10 de Mayo neighborhood, Governor Leandro Zdero and Mayor Roy Nikisch delivered land surveys (mensuras) to residents. This step is a prerequisite for the formal deed process, which is expected to progress through 2027, with the goal of delivering property titles to families as early as next year. These efforts involve coordinated work between the provincial government and the Municipality of Resistencia to ensure residents can legally manage and transfer their properties.
