Resistencia Bienal Internacional de Escultura 2026 announces artisan participation rules and releases full program

The municipality of Resistencia issued detailed requirements for entrepreneurs and artisans wishing to exhibit at the Bienal Internacional de Escultura 2026, which will run from 17 to 26 July in the Parque 2 de Febrero. Applicants must reside in Resistencia, sell only self‑made products, be registered in the Monotributo system, and provide a current CUIT or CUIL. Items produced industrially, sold through catalogs or by third parties are prohibited. The city may request photos, videos, purchase receipts or site visits to verify authenticity, and has set standards for stand equipment and lighting. Violations can lead to formal warnings, removal of goods, suspension from future events, or permanent deregistration.

A complete agenda for the Bienal was also published, with free admission to all events. The schedule includes a range of cultural offerings running alongside the sculptors’ exhibitions: a performing‑arts cycle in the Domo del Centenario, the "Agitá la Bienal" music program, central‑stage shows, an International Congress of Arts, training sessions under the BIENLAB program, and the ICLAFI‑ICOMOS international symposium on cultural heritage (23–25 July).
