Resistencia hosts Expo Carisma Vocacional 2026

The Expo Carisma Vocacional 2026 was held in Plaza 25 de Mayo, organized by the Catholic Church with support from the Municipality of Resistencia. The event aimed to showcase various diocesan spaces where individuals can serve the community through religious, priestly, or lay life.

Graciela Acevedo, coordinator of the Vocational Pastoral of the Archdiocese of Resistencia, noted the event provides an opportunity to learn about consecrated life and different ecclesial movements. Representatives from the congregation of the Little Workers of the Sacred Hearts and Priest Roberto Silva also participated, emphasizing the event as a space for families to discover their purpose within the Church.

The Municipality provided logistical support, including nursing stations and healthy snack services through the 'Nutrí tu Vida' program. Officials from the Secretariats of Legal and Technical Affairs and Territorial Development attended the stands and presented a declaration of municipal interest on behalf of Mayor Roy Nikisch.
