Resolute expands UK DTF film manufacturing capabilities

Resolute has announced the expansion of its manufacturing capabilities by bringing Direct to Film (DTF) film production in-house in the UK. The company is now producing rolls up to 1.2m wide in custom lengths to help high-volume users reduce production interruptions caused by frequent roll changes and film waste.

As part of this service, Resolute is utilizing a proprietary Premium Pro hybrid coating designed to mitigate common industry issues such as static, moisture, and patchy colors. The company has invested in an automated slitter and spooling system to convert master rolls into various custom formats. This new offering is compatible with equipment from manufacturers including Epson, Roland, and Mimaki.
