Restó de la Bodega receives Neuquén Gastronomy Seal

Restó de la Bodega has become the first establishment in Cutral Co to receive the Sello de la Gastronomía Neuquina. The distinction was awarded during ‘La Noche del Pinot’ at the Domuyo space in Neuquén capital.

The seal recognizes establishments that strengthen the identity, quality, and development of provincial gastronomy. Restó de la Bodega earned the honor by integrating local Neuquén products and wine pairings into its menu. The restaurant is led by executive chef Matías Carpentier, who has operated in Cutral Co since 2017.

By receiving this distinction, the establishment joins the provincial gastronomic offering, gaining access to official tourism promotion, workshops, commercial actions related to gastronomic tourism, and priority training. This recognition is expected to help position Cutral Co within the regional and national gastronomic tourism circuits.
