Restó Ruta 11 announces Spanish-themed dinner and wine pairing
Restó Ruta 11 has announced a themed culinary event titled ‘España entre Copas – Sabores, vinos y tradición,’ scheduled for September 4 at 21:00. The evening is designed to pair traditional Spanish flavors with Argentine wines from Laura Catena’s La Posta winery.
The three-course menu includes bruschetta escalivada and Andalusian gazpacho paired with La Posta Rosé Malbec, pork loin in Iberian reduction with potato tortilla paired with La Posta Paulucci Malbec, and Catalan cream paired with La Posta Tinto Red Blend.
The experience costs $40,000 per person and includes the menu, wine pairings, and mineral water. Reservations must be confirmed via advance payment at the Gala Hotel & Convenciones or through bank transfer.
