Restaurant Chains Announce New Locations in Orange County and Denver

Rise & Shine Hospitality Group said its Breakfast Republic brand will open a new restaurant in Orange County, California, as part of a broader expansion that also includes sites in Palm Springs, Los Angeles and a first Texas market. The announcement noted that existing Breakfast Republic locations in Encinitas, North Park and Ocean Beach will close on Aug. 9 as the company reshapes its footprint.

Egg Harbor Cafe, the family‑owned breakfast and brunch chain founded in 1985, plans to add a new outlet at the Belleview Station mixed‑use development in southeast Denver, Colorado. The location will feature a full menu of egg dishes, pancakes, skillets, salads and brunch cocktails, though an opening date has not yet been set.
