Restaurant Yera offers luxury dining in the Dolomites with strict phone ban

Restaurant Yera, located at Hotel Forestis in the Dolomites near Brixen, offers a highly exclusive dining experience with strict rules. Guests are required to surrender their mobile phones and cameras to ensure they focus entirely on the meal.

The restaurant features a 14-course menu priced at 650 euros per person, which includes beverages. The culinary concept, described as 'forest cuisine,' is led by chef Roland Lamprecht. The menu draws inspiration from pre-Christian, Celtic-influenced food cultures and historical Alpine ingredients and preparation methods.

Situated on the Plose plateau at an altitude of approximately 1,800 meters, the dining experience is designed as a sensory immersion involving fire, wood, and a walk through the forest.
