Retail and fashion industry events scheduled in Rio Grande do Sul

Various industry events in Rio Grande do Sul are set to address the evolving landscape of retail and fashion. In Porto Alegre, the fourth edition of Varejo 360, organized by Fecomércio-RS, Sesc, Senac, and IFEP, will take place on September 23. The event features specialists such as Marcus Buaiz, who will discuss digital presence and marketing, and futurist Tiago Mattos. Other topics include consumer behavior analysis by economist Patrícia Palermo and marketplace strategies led by Magazine Luiza's Diego Ferreira.

In Caxias do Sul, the Movimento Moda 2026 event is scheduled for October 1. Organized by Fitemavest and the Fashion Committee, the gathering aims to discuss the speed of creative processes, shifts in consumer behavior, and multigenerational workplace dynamics. The event will include lectures on how social and cultural changes influence product development, alongside an exhibition of student work and an inclusive fashion contest in partnership with the University of Caxias do Sul.
