Retail centers in Arizona and Sydney expand brand offerings

Major shopping centers in the United States and Australia are undergoing significant retail expansions.

In Arizona, Scottsdale Fashion Square has introduced several brands making their state debut, including Diptyque, Hive & Colony, SKIMS, and Studs. The center, operated by Macerich, also saw an expansion of Tecovas. General Manager Jaymes Bell noted that the mix of exclusive retailers is a key component of the center's unique shopping experience.

In Sydney, Australia, Macarthur Square is expanding its retail offerings in the southwest region. The center has opened eight new stores, including Bath & Body Works, The Brew Yard, and Taka Sushi, while seven existing retailers have completed refurbishments or relocations. An additional 12 retailers, such as MINISO and Black Pepper, are scheduled to arrive by mid-December to broaden the center's mix of beauty, dining, and specialty retail.
