Retail executives join Tesco and FoundIt! in new leadership roles

Lucy Cooper has joined Tesco as the Group Customer Experience & Agentic Director, moving from her previous role as Chief Commercial Officer at THG Ingenuity. Cooper indicated that a primary focus of her new role will involve exploring how artificial intelligence can transition from assisting shoppers to actively shopping on their behalf, utilizing data platforms like dunnhumby.

In a separate leadership move, Emma Griffin has transitioned to the role of Customer Success Lead at FoundIt! after a 16-year tenure at John Lewis & Partners. Griffin, who most recently served as a Product Manager, will focus on intent-led e-commerce and AI solutions for various retail clients, including Marks and Spencer and Neiman Marcus.
