Retail job opportunities for students in Poland offer flexible schedules
Students in Poland are increasingly seeking flexible employment opportunities in the retail sector to balance academic responsibilities with income generation. Experts from Cursor, part of the OEX Group, have identified five key roles that offer flexible schedules or task-based work.
These positions include hosts/hostesses, who can earn up to 100 PLN gross per hour; inventory workers, who may receive up to 200 PLN per visit; Brand Masters, earning up to 70 PLN gross per hour; mystery shoppers, which offer task-based work instead of fixed schedules; and merchandisers, who provide flexible support within stores.
Przemysław Bogdański, CEO of Cursor, notes that flexibility is a primary criterion for students due to changing semester plans, exam sessions, and mandatory classes. Beyond financial gain, these roles serve as a means for students to gain initial professional experience.
