Retail stores in Fuji and Utsunomiya scheduled for closure

Several retail locations in Japan are scheduled to close in late 2026.

In Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, CASA Fuji, located within the Seiyu Fuji Aoba-cho premises, will close on November 30, 2026. The store is currently holding a complete closing sale with 30% discounts on most items. This follows the previous closure of the CASA Suto branch in September.

In Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, Home Center Kanseki Eki-higashi is set to close on November 1, 2026. The closure will also affect the nearby Jam and Ohana Eki-higashi location, with live animal sales ending October 31 and trimming services ending November 1. While the home center is closing, the bicycle specialty store Neo Cyclista will continue operations. A clearance sale for display items is currently underway at the Kanseki location.
