Retailers Ario Kasai and Ito-Yokado Funabashi announce temporary closures

Several retail locations in the Tokyo metropolitan area have announced temporary closures due to system updates.

Ario Kasai in Edogawa, Tokyo, will undergo a three-day full-facility closure from September 28 to September 30, 2026. This closure affects both the Ito-Yokado branch and the specialty stores within the mall. The lottery chance center located outside the main building will remain open during this period from 10:00 to 18:30. Normal operations are scheduled to resume on October 1.

Similarly, the Ito-Yokado Funabashi store will be temporarily closed for three days from September 30 to October 2, 2026, for system changes. The store is expected to return to its regular business hours on October 3.
