Retailers offer discounts on women's outerwear

Target is also holding a sale on women's outerwear with discounts of up to 30% through November 1. The sale includes items such as Rokka&Rolla quilted puffer vests, Alpine Swiss wool blend trench coats, and various denim and shacket styles.
