Retailers Shopius and Derșidan Market expand in Oradea and Satu Mare

Retail expansion continues in western Romania with two new supermarket openings.

Shopius opened a new store in central Oradea on September 7 at Patrioților Street 4, near the Regina Maria State Theater. The opening featured a ‘Back to School’ theme with promotional activities, music, and prizes including official FC Bihor merchandise. The new location aims to provide quick shopping and accessible prices for daily needs.

In Satu Mare, Derșidan Market is set to inaugurate its sixth and largest location on September 10. Located at Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu Street 23 in the former Tricotex space, the new unit offers a wider variety of products and a larger surface area. The opening will include numerous promotional prices on food, beverages, and household items.
