Reto Camino del Salvador raises over 22,000 euros for cancer research

The third edition of the Reto Camino del Salvador – Rober Contra el Cáncer, held in honor of Manuel Barros, has raised 22,763.33 euros. These funds will be used to finance annual research grants provided by the Spanish Society of Medical Oncology (SEOM).

The initiative aims to support progress in cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. The project continues the legacy of Roberto González, who passed away in 2023. In recognition of its fundraising efforts, the SEOM will present a special award to the initiative on September 29, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the SEOM Foundation.
