Reus Deportiu recovers in preseason friendly against CH Mataró

Reus Deportiu continued its preseason preparations with a friendly match against CH Mataró at the Palau d’Esports. Despite an early deficit where Mataró took a 0-2 lead within the opening minutes, Reus Deportiu utilized its squad depth to stage a comeback.

Due to the absence of Càndid Ballart and Guillem Jansà, who are currently with the Spanish national team preparing for the World Cup in Paraguay, coach Jordi Garcia utilized goalkeeper Jordi Roca and reserve players Yeray Roig and Pol Mulet. Captain Joan Salvat contributed to the recovery by scoring from a penalty kick and adding a second goal to level the score.
