Reus furniture store damaged by fire

A fire broke out at a youth furniture store on Salou Avenue in Reus late Friday night. The blaze originated in the reception area, damaging a wall of approximately 500 square meters, as well as various interior materials and the false ceiling.

Smoke spread throughout the 500-square-meter building, affecting upper floors and the lower level of the building's parking garage. Four fire crews worked to extinguish the flames, which were put out shortly before midnight. No injuries were reported, and the damage was limited to property. Emergency response included the Reus Urban Guard and medical services from the SEM.
