REV projects Neva Yalı and Riva Yalı in İzmir

Rönesans Gayrimenkul Grubu, through its REV brand, is developing the Neva Yalı and Riva Yalı projects along İzmir’s new coastline. These mixed-use developments aim to integrate residential, office, hotel, gastronomy, culture, and social spaces into a single location.

To promote the lifestyle concept of these projects, a special pilates event was held at the seaside, featuring 50 female participants led by instructor Simge Sam Kurşun. The event is part of a broader effort to establish the area as a social and dynamic hub. While Neva Yalı has already commenced residential life with completed housing and sea-view offices, the Riva Yalı project is expected to further expand this multifunctional living and working environment in the region.
