Revanth Reddy defends Jagga Reddy's political future

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has strongly defended senior Congress leader Jagga Reddy following comments regarding the latter's potential decision not to contest upcoming elections. Speaking at a public meeting in Sangareddy, Reddy praised Jagga Reddy's dedication and popularity, comparing him to the deity Hanuman in relation to Rahul Gandhi, whom he likened to Lord Ram.

Reddy emphasized that the decision regarding whether Jagga Reddy will contest from the Sangareddy constituency rests with Rahul Gandhi rather than the leader himself. He described Jagga Reddy as a highly accessible leader whose commitment to public welfare exceeds personal ambition. The Chief Minister jokingly suggested that if Jagga Reddy persists in his refusal to run for office, the people of Sangareddy should confine him to his home for a week.
