Revivo Clinic launches Type II diabetes remission programme

Revivo Clinic, a Chennai-based medical centre specializing in obesity, diabetes, and metabolic health, has introduced a Type II Diabetes Remission Programme. The initiative was launched ahead of World Diabetes Day on November 14.

The programme utilizes an evidence-based metabolic healthcare approach, focusing on clinical suitability and sustainable outcomes. A central component is a structured clinical evaluation to assess an individual's eligibility and the likelihood of achieving remission before enrollment. Patients deemed ineligible are instead provided with evidence-based diabetes management.

Led by physicians, the programme integrates medical care with personalized nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle interventions, supported by regular monitoring of clinical outcomes. The launch was inaugurated by Dr. Soumiya Anbumani, a Member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly.
