Revolut appoints Sid Jajodia to its board as executive director
Revolut has named its Chief Banking Officer, Sid Jajodia, as an executive director on the company’s board, pending regulatory approval. Jajodia, who joined Revolut in 2021, brings more than two decades of credit and risk‑management experience from previous roles at PayU, LendingClub and Capital One.
The appointment underscores Revolut’s rapid expansion of banking services, including the launch of a fully licensed bank in the United Kingdom, the opening of its first banks outside Europe in Mexico and Australia, and a pending national banking licence application in the United States. Revolut chair Martin Gilbert highlighted Jajodia’s pivotal role in the global rollout, while CEO Nik Storonsky and Jajodia both described the move as a step toward an even more ambitious phase of growth.
