Revolut begins cooperation with Polish Bank Association
Revolut Bank UAB has initiated formal cooperation with the Polish Bank Association (Związek Banków Polskich, ZBP) with the intention of becoming a full member of the organization. This move follows the opening of a local office in Warsaw and aims to integrate the fintech deeper into the Polish financial ecosystem.
Revolut, which serves over 5.5 million customers in Poland and more than 58 million across the European Economic Area, identifies itself as the third largest bank in Poland in terms of personal account numbers. Through this collaboration, the company intends to contribute its international expertise in digital banking, financial innovation, and regulation to industry dialogues.
Kuba Fast, President of Revolut Bank UAB, stated that the cooperation is a significant step toward strengthening the company's long-term commitment to Poland. Tadeusz Białek, President of the Polish Bank Association, noted that the partnership represents a natural step toward exchanging experiences with a major player in the European financial market.
