Revolut expands private‑market fund access across Europe

Revolut is launching a private‑market fund offering that lets retail investors in the Czech Republic, Germany and France invest in private‑equity, private‑credit and infrastructure assets through its app. The service is supported by distribution agreements with major asset managers Apollo Global Management, Ares Management, Hamilton Lane and Partners Group.

The products are structured under the EU ELTIF 2.0 framework as evergreen funds, providing regular liquidity windows that allow partial redemptions under certain conditions. While the minimum investment is lower than the traditional €100,000 threshold, the funds remain illiquid and are aimed at investors with a long‑term horizon. Revolut's Wealth and Trading director for the European Economic Area said the move brings private‑market exposure to average investors and helps diversify portfolios.

The new offering joins Revolut’s existing suite of stocks, ETFs, bonds, commodities and cash products, expanding its investment ecosystem for its roughly 75 million global customers.
