Revolut eyes dual listing on London and Nasdaq stock exchanges

Revolut CEO Nik Storonsky has confirmed that the fintech company is considering a dual listing on the London Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq in New York. In an interview with Les Echos, Storonsky noted a preference for the United States due to its larger market, which offers greater liquidity through institutional investors, hedge funds, and a vast pool of individual investors.

If the company proceeds with a London listing at its recent valuation of $115 billion, it would become one of the largest public companies in England, potentially surpassing the scale of major entities like BP or Barclays. While Storonsky previously suggested an IPO might occur within two years or as late as 2028 depending on market health, this marks the first time the company has explicitly confirmed plans for a dual-market approach.

Revolut continues to expand its regulatory footprint globally, recently obtaining a banking license in Colombia and holding licenses in the United Kingdom, France, Australia, Lithuania, and Mexico. The company has also received conditional approval for a U.S. national bank charter.
