Revolut plans dual New York and London stock market listings

Fintech company Revolut is pursuing a dual stock-market listing in New York and London, according to founder and CEO Nik Storonsky. The move aims to provide access to deep US capital markets and liquidity while maintaining its corporate identity in the UK.

As part of its global expansion, the Lithuanian-based digital bank has secured conditional approval from US authorities to acquire a banking license, with plans to operate from Stamford, Connecticut, by 2027. The company has also established branches in France and Greece following successful evaluations by the European Central Bank and local regulators.

In Greece, the establishment of a branch serves as a legal framework for the Lithuanian parent company to provide services to Greek customers, though it does not currently imply a physical presence with branches or ATMs. Revolut's recent private fundraising has valued the company at approximately USD 115 billion.
