Revvity and NCR Voyix report second-quarter financial results

Revvity reported second-quarter results exceeding expectations and has raised its full-year outlook. The company cited strength in its diagnostics segment and increasing demand from pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers, specifically regarding artificial intelligence-enabled drug discovery workflows. Pro forma organic revenue rose 3% during the quarter, with adjusted earnings per share reaching $1.41. Additionally, Revvity has signed a definitive agreement to sell its China Immunodiagnostics business, a transaction expected to close by the end of 2027.

NCR Voyix reported second-quarter results showing growth in recurring revenue and adjusted EBITDA, even as total reported revenue declined 21% to $523 million due to a hardware-business transition. Excluding the impact of that transition, revenue increased 1%. The company highlighted the adoption of its cloud-native Voyix Commerce Platform and the use of AI agents to streamline deployments. The company reported that Voyix Commerce Platform contracts represented $286 million in remaining contract value, a 65% increase year-over-year.
