Rewe grocery delivery service offers recipe-based shopping in Germany

Rewe offers a grocery delivery service in Germany that can function similarly to a meal kit service through its website's recipe feature, allowing users to add all necessary ingredients to their cart with a few clicks. The service is available via both the Rewe website and a dedicated mobile app, though a Rewe account is required to place orders.

Delivery availability varies by region, and customers can also utilize a pickup service if home delivery is not available in their area. Minimum order values typically range between 40 and 60 euros, depending on the location. While delivery fees can range from 0 to 4.90 euros based on the schedule and postal code, Rewe offers free delivery for orders over 120 euros and provides one free delivery day per week for registered users. New customers may also receive their first delivery free of charge.

Payments are handled cashless through various methods, including credit cards, direct debit, PayPal, or invoice. Orders are prepared either in local Rewe markets or specialized logistics centers and delivered directly to the customer's door, including refrigerated items.
