Rex Concepts expands Burger King and Popeyes locations in Poland

Rex Concepts, the operator and master franchisee for Burger King and Popeyes in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Romania, is expanding its search for new restaurant locations. While initial growth focused on major metropolitan centers, the company is now targeting medium-sized cities and the outskirts of large agglomerations.

Michał Różycki, Head of Expansion Poland at Rex Concepts CEE, noted that residential development on the fringes of major cities is shifting customer locations, creating new opportunities for gastronomy and retail parks. The company has identified eastern Poland as a region with significant potential, specifically highlighting Rzeszów and Lublin as key areas of interest due to slower previous development in those regions.
