Rey Fenix to defend AAA title against Ricky Saints in Mexico City

Rey Fenix has agreed to defend his AAA World Cruiserweight Championship against Ricky Saints during the September 11 episode of WWE SmackDown in Mexico City. The match follows weeks of verbal confrontations where Saints accused Fenix of neglecting his division to pursue the World Heavyweight Championship.

The upcoming SmackDown event at Arena CDMX features a stacked lineup of title matches. In addition to the Cruiserweight bout, CM Punk is scheduled to face Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Championship, and Chelsea Green will compete against Nia Jax for the Women’s Title. The War Raiders are also set to defend their tag team titles against R-Truth and Damian Priest.
