Rey Javier Receives Senate Recognition for Housing Advocacy

San Francisco community leader and housing advocate Rey Javier was awarded a Certificate of Recognition by California State Senator Scott Wiener. The honor highlighted Javier’s long‑standing dedication to public service and equitable housing advocacy, including his work with the Mayor’s Office of Housing.

Javier has previously been recognized by the California State Assembly in May 2024 and received a Certificate of Commendation from Senator Dianne Feinstein in 2020. A first‑generation immigrant from Manila, he is a licensed real‑estate salesperson and holds multiple certifications related to homebuyer education, credit counseling, and property management.
