Rey Mysterio seeks to share WWE ring with both children
WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio has revealed new career goals following his daughter Aalyah Mysterio’s decision to begin professional wrestling training. Aalyah is currently training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Rey noted that while she is a fast learner, she faces a steep learning curve because she did not grow up spending as much time backstage as her brother, Dominik Mysterio.
Rey expressed a personal dream of sharing a WWE ring with both of his children simultaneously, a feat he believes has never occurred in the company’s history. He also remains open to revisiting his long-standing rivalry with Dominik, comparing the potential for new chapters in their storyline to classic film franchises like ‘Rocky’ or ‘The Terminator.’
In addition to family storylines, Rey discussed the possibility of reviving his nostalgic ‘Who’s That Jumping Out The Sky’ entrance theme before his eventual retirement. While Dominik Mysterio continues his career as the AAA Mega Champion, the expansion of the Mysterio family into the ring marks a new chapter for the wrestling dynasty.
