Rey Vaqueiro and Joelma to record music video in Belém

Artists Rey Vaqueiro and Joelma are set to record a music video for the song ‘Príncipe Encantado’ in Belém, Pará, on September 23. The recording session will take place at the Praça do Boulevard da Gastronomia starting at 4:00 PM and will be open to the public.

The collaboration aims to blend elements of calypso, a genre associated with Joelma’s history with Banda Calypso, with the forró and vaquejada influences found in Rey Vaqueiro’s music. Both artists are part of the Camarote Shows roster.

For Rey Vaqueiro, this project follows a period of high activity, including 119 performances between June and August. For Joelma, the recording represents a reunion with a song that has been a staple of her musical career for many years.
